    Editor’s Note
    As always, AMJAM offers interesting articles related to the field of medicine and alternative medicine. We offer a mixed of medical and alternative sciences in this issue. With the increasing numbers of submissions, we believe that the quality of AMJAM is now improved and several articles were submitted from another countries. Together, these changes reflect the right path of the journal going into the Scopus Index. AMJAM quality rely on a high quality of submissions from readers and academician and we really hopefully that the changes in the year to come including partnership with Elsevier Publisher will enhance submission, citation and visibility of our worksin scientific community.     Editor’s Note
    Our editorial team would like to congratulate the Faculty of Medicine, Thammasat University to hold the annual meeting for 2023. The meeting theme this year is “Transformative medicine in the post pandemic era”, which is suitable for the current situation where medical knowledge changes rapidly. This supplementary issue includesseveral interesting abstracts, original articles and review articlesfrom the annual meeting. Advancement of science will drive the future practice of medicine and the faculty is continuously working hard to publish new information for scientists to help improve the patient care. We wish the Faculty of Medicine, Thammasat University well for all future successes that may arise.
